Information collected automatically

• Server and CDN logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, referring URL, timestamp. Used for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

We recognise that the mere fact of visiting a website about erectile dysfunction can imply something about a person’s health. Email privacy@edtreatmentguides.com with the request and enough information for us to locate any relevant records. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally 45 days in the US and one month in the UK and EEA. Because we collect so little, in many cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing identifiable about you.

The site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The strongest protection we offer is structural: we collect very little, and the most sensitive interactions on this site never leave your device.

This site addresses adult sexual health and is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact privacy@edtreatmentguides.com and we will delete it.

We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process data there. If you access the site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

This site links to third parties, including telehealth services and pharmacies. Once you follow a link, that organisation’s privacy policy governs — not ours. If you are about to enter medical history into a telehealth intake form, reading their privacy policy first is genuinely worth the five minutes.

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be signalled prominently on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
